Nikon 80i Upright Microscope

Introduction:

This a widefield microscope system primarily intended for transmitted light imaging.  Currently there is a moderate resolution color camera which can be run with Q-Capture software (and in the future with C-Imaging).  Simple fluorescence viewing is possible, and with bright samples the color camera can acquire images. This is not ideal, especially for multiple fluorophore images.  Please feel free to discuss camera capabilities and using the microscope with personnel
